HUNT VALLEY, MD-United Industrial Corp. subsidiary AAI Corp.–a high technology electronic systems provider that serves as a government defense contractor and a provider to private industry–has decided to dispose of 26 acres of its property near its 200,000-sf locale on Industry Lane here. No news has been disclosed on the identity of the potential buyer, nor its development plans for the property.

The purchase price for the parcel of land that sits in the Timonium/Cockeysville/Hunt Valley corridor off I-83 is $8 million. According to NAI’s 2004 Global Market Report, developable commercial land for office or industrial purposes in suburban Maryland sells for a low of $130,580 per acre and a high of $435,600 per acre.
