BOSTON-The Grossman Cos., in a partnership, is redeveloping the former Bell Steel facility at 150 McClellan Highway. The company, which already owns a number of buildings on this stretch of road, is building a 138,000-sf self storage facility on the site.

The Quincy, MA-based Grossman Cos. owns four other buildings on the highway including 230 McClellan, home to Yusen Air & Sea; 290 McClellan, home to BAX Global; 310 McClellan, home to Geo Logistics as well as 370 McClellan. According to Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for Grossman, each of the buildings is comprised of air freight warehouse space.
