Construction is expected to begin this spring and completion is slated for spring of 2005. The project, which is located in the southeast quadrant of I-35 and County Road 50 at the Intersection of 176th, will also feature a 30,000-sf attached shop space and a 14,500-sf standalone Walgreen's. Other tenants are expected to include Taco Bell and Long John Silver's. The site is also designed to accommodate up to four additional retail tenants in freestanding buildings.

Through a five-year process, United Properties acquired 30 acres for the development by assembling 12 separately owned parcels; 20 acres will be used for the Argonne Village center with the additional 10 acres earmarked for wetlands and future residential development. Construction is expected to begin early this summer with the anchors and attached shops to open first or second quarter of 2005.

United Properties is a Bloomington, MN-based commercial real estate company with more than 400 employees and 26.5 million sf of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties under management.
