Xpress Global Leases 16,000 SF Near Airport

EAST BOSTON-Xpress Global Air Freight leases 16,000 sf air freight warehouse space at 370 McClellan Highway. The deal is indicative of this market which is very tight due to its location with immediate access to the airport. The space had been occupied previously by Air Canada.

EAST BOSTON-Xpress Global Air Freight, a multimodal international transportation and logistics company, is leasing 16,000 sf air freight warehouse space at 370 McClellan Highway here. The space had been occupied for several years by Air Canada and was vacant for just about one month.

Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for the Grossman Cos. Inc., of Quincy, MA, represented the property owner, a realty trust of which Louis Grossman, president of Grossman, is the managing partner. Xpress Global was represented by Ed Jaroz of CB Richard Ellis. Xpress Global’s on-site service center manager, Marty Monahan, notes, “This may be the best location near Logan Airport.”
