The British Prep School signed a five-year lease for a 5,600-sf end cap, now being finished out, to become the new anchor for a center on the road to repositioning, Shawn Ackerman with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial's Houston office, tells GlobeSt.com. He says the six-year-old center, with a quoted rate of $18 per sf, is undergoing a reshuffling of the tenant mix.
The renewals came from Olim & Associates, a dental group in 2,800 sf, and Cinco Nails, which fills 1,000 sf. Both signed five-year leases, according to Ackerman who along with Jason Gaines in the brokerage house's local office, handled the negotiations.
Green Trails Plaza Ltd. of Midland, TX, owns the asset, which has 3,750 open in two spaces. Ackerman says the spaces have attracted tenants, who are now reviewing the deal.
