The firm signed a six-year lease for about the same amount of space that it had at 507 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, David Anderson in the Houston office for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com. He says the decision went to Bridgewood II at 652 N. Sam Houston Parkway East because of the economics, flexibility and the opportunity to redesign the space.

Anderson, the tenant's broker, says the search was kept to the North Belt area of town. He says Linder will move into an office vacated by Amadeus.

The four-story, 140,596-sf Bridgewood II has a quoted rate of $13 per sf with annual increases of 50 cents per sf. Building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA, had occupancy lifted to 88% with the new deal. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, both with Houston-based PM Realty Group, represent the owner.
