McInnis says that the property was marketed nationwide to all types of industrial users and investors. He notes that the auction resulted in 25 registered bidders and was sold at its full market value and above its assessed price.
The three buildings on the property, located just off Route 3, were originally built in 1974, 1976 and 1979. They are situated on nearly four acres with over 1,000 feet of frontage facing the Merrimack River.
