TYNGSBOROUGH, MA-The former New England Power and Marine Buildings were sold in an auction to John Bertos for $1 million. The 26,000 sf property is located at 3-5 Middlesex Rd. Paul McInnis of Sperry Van Ness/Paul McInnis, Inc. represented the mortgage client, Richmond, VA-based First City Servicing Corp. for CFSC Consortium, LLC. Lowell, MA-based Bertos represented himself.

McInnis says that the property was marketed nationwide to all types of industrial users and investors. He notes that the auction resulted in 25 registered bidders and was sold at its full market value and above its assessed price.
