Home Builder to Make Home in Class A Tower

RESTON, VA-Two Fountain Square, the approximately 300,000-sf office and retail structure at 11921 Freedom Dr., has taken on a new occupant. Home building company Engle Homes, doing business as Tousa Homes Inc., will occupy a nearly 12,000-sf office space at the class A structure. Transwestern Commercial Services assisted the tenant in orchestrating the five-year lease agreement with property owner Equity Office Properties Trust, which markets office space in the building for $36 per sf.

Developed in 1990, Two Fountain Square boasts 11 stories and occupies a coveted spot on a 25-acre parcel in the Reston Town Center, sharing the acreage with the 300,000-sf One Fountain Square and the 120,000-sf Southwest Building. In addition to the office and retail space, the property features covered and surface parking areas, as well. Tousa is taking on the last remaining space at Two Fountain Square, leaving the building fully occupied.
