The three-year tenant renewed for another three years, John Nicholson with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com. The building is located at 305 McFarland Road near the intersection of Gulf Freeway and Sam Houston Tollway.

Nicholson represented building owner, M. Hatch-Texas Property LLC, a subsidiary of Seattle-based Marshall Hatch in the direct deal with Flex-Bright, which metal coats industrial products, primarily for Baker Hughes Inc. which has a facility nearby. Flex-Bright occupies a building with a quoted rate of 26 cents per sf. Nicholson, who leases for 11 buildings mostly located along McFarland Street, says all but one of Hatch's buildings are full.
