HOUSTON-Triangle Entertainment in Houston has purchased a 20,060-sf office/warehouse in southwest Houston. The new building sold at practically its $1.2-million asking price.

The seller is a limited liability company owned by NAI Partners Commercial brokers Chris Caudill, Randy Wilhelm, Jon Silberman and John Ferruzzo. Caudill tells GlobeSt.com that the ground broke on the building in January on a 1.5-acre tract carved from 6.1 acres the group bought about a year ago. The quartet plans to add at lease one other office/warehouse and a 5,700-sf retail building, he says. “There is a need for this type of building in the southwest market,” Caudill says.
