Peter Bean and Debra Stevens of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented LaserShip in the transaction, while Jane Donnelly of Boston Harbor Partners represented the property owner.

The building, located near the Boston Harbor in the Marine Industrial Park is leased by a number of tenants including Accro Supply, Backstage Hardware and Theatre Supply, Al Larsen Co., John J. Cahill Displays, Center House Enterprises, MacDonald & Assoc. and Lyn Hovey Studios.

Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for similar type of space is about $20 per sf.
