FAIRFAX, VA-A new leasing deal means Greenbriar Corporate Center will hold on to one of its tenants for a while longer. With the recent signing of a lease renewal, law firm Shapiro & Burson LLP has decided to stay in its 16,100-sf space at the office property for the next six years. Transwestern Commercial Services led the way on Shapiro & Burson’s deal with property owner Carr Capital Corp.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed; however, Class B office space in the Fairfax Center submarket goes for $21 per-sf, according to Advantis Real Estate Services Co.’s First Quarter 2004 Office Report.
