Mark H. Wood with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial's Houston office tells GlobeSt.com that the move will take place in the third quarter. Harvest is relocating from 15835 Park Ten Place Dr., about four miles to the northwest.

Wood represented the owner of the 20-month-old office building, Sonagol USA Co., the national oil company for the country of Angola, which also has an office in the building. Wood says build-out has begun on first-generation space. The deal took occupancy to 100% in a building that carried an asking rate of $21.50 per sf. Bob Bantly of the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant.
