Peter Brown, leasing director for Weymouth Woods, brokered the deal on behalf of the Campanelli Cos., while Robert Conrad and Paul McCourt of the Conrad Group represented Norwell-based InfoTrends/CAP Ventures, a market research and strategic consulting firm for the digital imaging and document solutions industry, in the transaction. The company took space on the third floor in a long-term lease. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $19 per sf.

The building also houses the corporate headquarters of Sager Electronics, Abington Savings Bank--now Seacoast Financial--and Sampson Insurance. Brown points out that InfoTrends/CAP Ventures is the fourth corporate headquarters company from the South Shore to lease office space in the center. The building is the most recently built first-class office building on the Route 3 South Corridor.

John Bear, chief operating officer of InfoTrends/CAP Ventures, notes that the corporate center provided a "custom-built, high-quality office environment in an ideal location for our international client base and our employees."
