WEYMOUTH, MA-InfoTrends/CAP Ventures is leasing 13,500 sf at Weymouth Woods Corporate Center, a 100,000-sf first class office building completed in 2001. The building is owned and managed by Campanelli Cos.

Peter Brown, leasing director for Weymouth Woods, brokered the deal on behalf of the Campanelli Cos., while Robert Conrad and Paul McCourt of the Conrad Group represented Norwell-based InfoTrends/CAP Ventures, a market research and strategic consulting firm for the digital imaging and document solutions industry, in the transaction. The company took space on the third floor in a long-term lease. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $19 per sf.
