98,892 SF of First-Generation Space Leased

HOUSTON-The distribution component at Bondesen Business Park lands a Texas newcomer for 70,255 sf while the balance of the deal-making goes to a Lincolnshire, IL company that's consolidating three leased sites within the city.

HOUSTON-Making its first run at Texas, Laminate Store International Inc. has leased 70,255 sf or the lion’s share of back-to-back transactions for first-generation space in the three-year-old distribution component at Bondesen Business Park. The second deal opens the door for a Lincolnshire, IL company to consolidate three leased sites in the city.

The Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Laminate Store took the balance of the 140,000-sf Building III while Global DocuGraphix Inc. tapped 28,637 sf in the 79,943-sf Building I. The distribution component–three buildings with 273,110 sf–share an address at 10633 W. Little York Rd.

Steve Jaggard, president of the Houston division for Vantage Cos., tells GlobeSt.com that the Texas newcomer inked a five-year lease and Global DocuGraphix signed for nine years. Both tenants will get keys in July.
