Bill Goeke, Weingarten's new VP, has ended a 16-year run with PM Realty Group, most recently serving as senior vice president of corporate services. He also did stints as director of the central division and regional vice president as well as regional manager for a PM Realty affiliate, Capital Realty Services Inc. "We wish him luck," says Doug Little, PM Realty's senior vice president and director.
The 24-year professional is filling a Weingarten position that's been open for two years, according to a spokeswoman. "My goal is to provide leadership in property management and look for ways to add value," Goeke tells GlobeSt.com about assuming the top job for a 337-property, 45.1-million-sf portfolio in 20 states. The responsibilities include security and property marketing.
