HealthEast Finds East Metro Clinic Location

MAPLEWOOD, MN-HealthEast Care System finds 10,200 sf for a new clinic at Sloan Place and McMenemy Street, one of several recent deals handled by United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services.

MAPLEWOOD, MN-United Properties Corporate Real Estate Services has negotiated a lease for HealthEast Care System for a new 10,200-sf clinic at Sloan Place and McMenemy Street. The family practice clinic is expected to open in July and will replace HealthEast’s current 9,000-sf clinic located at Payne Avenue and Hawthorne Avenue East in Saint Paul.

The terms were not disclosed.

The Bloomington, MN-based commercial real estate firm says it has completed a number of real estate transactions—ranging from clinic expansions and consolidations to site selection for new clinics—on behalf of HealthEast, the largest health care provider in the Twin Cities east metro area.
