PHOENIX-Location is everything for Newquist Ault Commercial Properties. The Phoenix-based retail developer has signed a five-year lease, valued at $300,000, for 2,772 sf of class A office space in East Gateway Centre.

“They have developments around the valley so it’s a good central location for them,” Jim Watkins with Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com about the developer’s decision to relocate in mid-June from 2415 E. Camelback Road to the two-year-old, 115,000-sf office building at 4646 E. Van Buren St. Newquist Ault has several projects in the general vicinity of East Gateway Centre.
