140,000-SF Industrial Building Sells for $8M

FRANKLIN, MA-Highland Net Lease Capital LLC sells 24 National Dr. to Griffith Properties for $8.2 million. The 140,000-sf high-bay industrial building is located within Forge Park and is 100% leased on a long-term basis to Proma Technologies Inc.

FRANKLIN, MA-Highland Net Lease Capital LLC sold 24 National Dr. to Griffith Properties for $8.2 million. Meredith & Grew Inc.’s Lisa M. Campoli and David L. Pergola, executive vice presidents, and Anthony W. Biette, vice president, represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

The 140,000-sf building is located within Forge Park. The high-bay industrial property is 100% leased on a long-term basis to Proma Technologies Inc.
