LONDON-Rosemound Developments and British Land, which recently bought the central site at the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal from Severn Trent Properties, have won planning permission for a 725,000-sf super shed on a 30-acre site.The super shed will provide 20 metre clear eaves, full cross docking capabilities, 35-55m service yards, 600 car parking spaces, 60 lorry parking spaces and quality offices. The developers are offering the warehouse on either freehold or leasehold terms, through FPDSavills and M3.In addition to the super shed there are opportunities for occupiers to acquire sites from 50,000 to 365,000 sf on other development plots at DIRFT.
