Radisys' broker, Chuck Goldstein with Strategis-Cresa in Houston, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm has 1.5 years left on its lease, but Voter Consumer Research only took down the space at 5959 Corporate Dr. until the year's end. The Westchase sublease space is on the market at $9 per sf gross.

Tenant rep Tim Crockett in the Houston office of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that the available workforce and ample parking were the decision-makers for placing the deal at the four-story, 567,000-sf structure with a high-tech infrastructure. Dallas-based WiredZone bought the building four years ago, retooled it and brought it out as a secure facility with intensive band-width and high-powered redundancy. The building's temporary tenant maintains the corporate headquarters in the FM 1960 submarket of northwest Houston plus it has a branch office in the Woodlands.
