"Their original building was a little larger and it recently sold," Jeff Hulseweh, an associate with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, tells GlobeSt.com. "The way they're changing their business around to RVs, going into a smaller building was more convenient to where they live. And, they do more sales over the Internet." The firm is shifting from a 7,600-sf building at 402 W. Gemini in Tempe.

The 10,150-sf building at 1530 N. Hobson Road was constructed in 2000. It is owned and partially occupied by Get Control Inc., a hardware-software design firm. Just SUVs' lease brings the building to full capacity, Hulseweh says.

The inbound RV sales company previously hawked sport utility vehicles. Hulseweh says relocating into a smaller building is not such a bad thing since the firm's changed business plan comes with a heightened focus on Internet sales. The 58-acre East Valley Commerce Center features buildings from 7,500 to 90,000 sf that are home to office and light industrial users.

Hulseweh and Daum's Anthony Nocifera represented the owner. Sarge Glenn of Company Commercial Properties Inc. in Tempe negotiated for the tenant.
