Cassidy & Pinkard assisted GSS in closing the property with park owner Trizec Properties Inc., which markets space at Sunrise Technology Park for about $12.50 per sf. Sunrise Technology Park consists of four single-story structures built in 1985 in the middle of the Reston/Herndon Corridor.

GSS's commitment to space at the property marks both a relocation and an expansion. GSS president Wayne B. Bardsley tells GlobeSt.com that the company is leaving behind a 20,000-sf space on Tyco Rd. in the Tysons Corner submarket of Vienna, VA.
