Process Control & Information Services LLC, a supplier of enclosures and instrument cabinets, signed a medium-term lease for 7620 Bluff Point Drive, Travis Land with NAI Partners Commercial in Houston tells GlobeSt.com. He and NAI's John Ferruzzo represented the tenant, who looked around the northwest corridor and inked the deal for the Bammel building because it came with a five-ton crane and above-average office finish. About 4,000 sf is office area.
The building is one of 11 in the 263,250-sf first phase to Bammel Industrial Park, where the going rate is 47 cents per sf. Tyndall Yaap with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office represented the building owner, Capital Commercial Investments Inc. of Austin. Other park tenants are Goodrich Turbomachinery Products and Tri-Star Turbine Technologies Inc., both full-building tenants.
