The condo is located in the Veterans Park Building at 1845 Veterans Park Dr., near the corner of Veterans Parkway and Immokolee Road, across from Naples Community Hospital. The freestanding building is near vacant land that will probably also be developed, says Becky Andrews, director of Grubb & Ellis|VIP's Bonita Springs Division, who represented Crows Nest Ventures in the transaction. Medical Arts Center LLC represented itself.
