Naples Office Condo Sells for $4M

NAPLES-Crows Nest Ventures purchased the 15,310-sf, freestanding building as an investment. The company paid Medical Arts Center LLC about $272.70 per sf for the building, across from Naples Community Hospital.

NAPLES-Crows Nest Ventures has purchased a 15,310-sf office condominium here for close to $4.2 million, or approximately $272.70 per sf, from Medical Arts Center LLC. Crows Nest acquired the office condo as an investment. The entire building houses the headquarters of Anchor Health Centers, which provides services such as medical billing, insurance and other services to a group of member doctors.

The condo is located in the Veterans Park Building at 1845 Veterans Park Dr., near the corner of Veterans Parkway and Immokolee Road, across from Naples Community Hospital. The freestanding building is near vacant land that will probably also be developed, says Becky Andrews, director of Grubb & Ellis
