One Source Printing & Graphics of Houston was one of four purchase offers that came in during the past year for an empty building that was being marketed as lease product, Travis Land with Houston's NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. The local seller is MTHM Inc., which was represented by Land and NAI's John Ferruzzo. One Source Printing, though, dropkicked an offer for 5810 Dierker Road that was simply too good to pass up, Land says.
The printer's purchase is a 20-year-old building on an 18,500-sf tract near Hempstead Highway. Land says the operation will move in June from a nearby leased site. David Boyd with Boyd Commercial in Houston negotiated for the buyer.
