Law Firm Signs Estimated $2M Lease

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Berman, Kean & Riguera, PA, is taking more than 7,700 sf for 10 years at the 94,352-sf office building at 2101 W. Commercial Blvd. here. Gaedeke Holdings Ltd. owns the building.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Berman, Kean & Riguera, PA, a law firm specializing in business and commercial litigation, has signed a long-term lease for more than 7,700 sf here. The space is located in the 2101 Building, a five-story, 94,352-sf office property at 2101 W. Commercial Blvd.The value of the lease was not disclosed. However, based on average asking rents of approximately $27.50 per sf for class A space in the Fort Lauderdale central business district in the first quarter, the 10-year lease is estimated to be valued at about $2.1 million.Kevin Landers of Gaedeke Landers represented the property owner, Gaedeke Holdings Ltd., in the transaction. The property is managed and leased by Gaedeke Landers of Dallas. Berman, Kean & Riguera represented itself.
