Medifacts' new home is a seven-story structure that was developed in 1991. Space in the building is marketed at about $27.50 per sf, according to Black's Guide interactive. Medifacts signed an eight-year lease, Scheer Partners executive vice president and regional manager Ken Berkman tells GlobeSt.com, noting that "there are built-in options for future growth at the building."
