31,102-SF Sublease Stamped

HOUSTON-TD Williamson Inc., a pipeline inspection and repair firm, takes the lion's share of VT Controls office/warehouse space at World Houston International Business Center. Aggressive bargaining closes off the three-year balance on the term.

HOUSTON-A Tulsa, OK-based company moved into 31,102 sf of sublease space at 4220 World Houston Parkway in an expansion of the South Texas pipeline inspection and repair operation.

VT Controls subleased all but 5,490 sf of its office/warehouse space to TD Williamson Inc. in a decision to hold onto the balance, primarily the office component. Chris Kugle with NAI Partners Commercial in Houston tells GlobeSt.com that the United Kingdom-based VT Controls had the space on the market nearly a year at 64 cents per sf. He says negotiations got aggressive, but TD Williamson agreed to sign for balance of the three years left on the term.
