ING CLARION PARTNERS (NEW YORK CITY) The firm has appointed Ralph J. Bedford III and Robert D. Greer, Jr. as senior directors. Bedford, previously a director, has been at the company since 1995. Greer, who joined ING Clarion in 1998, was also most recently a director.

THE INTEGRAL GROUP (ATLANTA) Vicki Lundy Wilbon has been promoted president and chief operating officer in the firm’s urban development division. She will oversee large-scale community revitalization projects.

LANGAN ENGINEERING & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (ELMWOOD PARK, NJ) David T. Gockel has been named president of the firm, assuming responsibility for its day-to-day operations. Gockel has been at the firm for more than 20 years, and has served as principal-in-charge on numerous projects.

O’NEILL PROPERTIES GROUP (KING OF PRUSSIA, PA) Expanding its in-house legal team, the firm has brought in several legal professionals. Heading the team and serving as executive vice president and chief of legal counsel is Kevin J. Silverang, most recently managing partner at Buchanan Ingersoll PC. Other new hires include Frederick H. Masters, joining as deputy general counsel, and Kelly Anne Donohue, coming in as assistant in-house counsel. Both were previously with Buchanan Ingersoll.

MESIROW FINANCIAL (CHICAGO) Douglas Barker has joined the firm as managing director of its realty sale-leaseback division. Barker will be responsible for national business development and acquisitions. He most recently served as vice president at GE Capital.

SHORENSTEIN CO. (SAN FRANCISCO; NEW YORK) Andrew R. Friedman has been named managing director in the firm’s capital transactions group. He will lead the company’s transaction activity on the West Coast from its San Francisco office. Friedman was formerly at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Also, Ronnie Ragoff has been tapped as senior vice president and asset manager in the firm’s New York office. She was most recently senior vice president at LaSalle Investment Management.
