Howrey Simon's lease with property owner 2941 Fairview is effective through 2016. Cassidy & Pinkard, which represented the owner in the deal, markets space at the four-year-old trophy property for $28.50 to $30 per sf.

The 15-story edifice at 2941 Fairview occupies a prime spot at Route 50 and I-495, overlooking Fairview Lake. In addition to the office digs, the building offers a conference facility, exercise center and other highly sought after business amenities. Other tenants at the property include General Dynamics Corp, which accounts for over 40% of the office space, computer firm EDS, and Hewitt Associates.
