Law Firm Takes 50,000 SF at Suburban Office Park

FALLS CHURCH, VA-A law firm has decided take up a big chunk of the 350,000-sf office tower in the multi-structure Fairview Park office complex. Howrey Simon Arnold & White LLP committed to 52,300 sf in the class A building at 2941 Fairview Park Dr. For the international law concern, represented in the transaction by real estate services firm Studley, the deal paves the way for the opening of a new location; its only other Mid-Atlantic area office is in Washington, DC.

Howrey Simon’s lease with property owner 2941 Fairview is effective through 2016. Cassidy & Pinkard, which represented the owner in the deal, markets space at the four-year-old trophy property for $28.50 to $30 per sf.
