PhyTrust Moves HQ to Sunrise Business Park

SUNRISE, FL-PhyTrust has signed a lease for 8,538 sf of space within Sawgrass International Corporate Park in here, where the company plans to locate its headquarters in October. The space is located at 13680 N.W. 5th St. in the park’s Office Campus E. PhyTrust will locate 35 employees to its new location, and additional employment is expected. The value of the three-year lease was not disclosed, but based on quoted rents in the park it is estimated to be valued at nearly $333,000. Stiles Corp. leasing agent Felicia Rifenburgh represented the property owner, Camtech Associates JV, a Stiles partnership based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in the transaction. Cushman and Wakefield represented PhyTrust.Stiles, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment firm, launched the 612-acre Sawgrass International Corporate Park in 1987. It is located at Interstate 75, Interstate 595 and the Sawgrass Expressway.
