The distributor of glass products for vehicles signed a three-year lease at 6831 Fulton St. in the North Freeway Business Center, Chris Kugle with NAI Partners Commercial in Houston tells GlobeSt.com. The tenant's broker says the Kingston, PA-based company is leasing about the same amount of warehouse space in a move to a 92,262-sf structure.

The new location, with a quoted rate of 32 cents per sf, is 10% office finish and the balance in a warehouse layout. Steve Hazel with Insite Commercial Realty in Houston represented the building owner, the Billingsley Co. of Carrollton, TX. The North Freeway Business Center is a rail-served, office/warehouse project on 8.6 acres in Billingsley's 1.1-million-sf industrial portfolio in Houston.
