WORCESTER, MA-Fallon Community Health Plan has renewed its lease at One Chestnut Pl. The health plan, which currently occupies more than 108,000 sf in the building, says it reached an agreement with the building owner, IPC Real Estate Management LLC of Toronto, which will allow it to stay in this location for the next 15 years. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fallon notes that the deal is a demonstration of the company’s commitment to Downtown Worcester. “The new lease provides for flexibility, the ability to obtain more space, if needed, and the ability to make improvements to the building’s interior,” Fallon president and CEO Eric H. Schultz.
