Peter Farnum, principal, and Alison Cavanaugh-Leo, senior associate, of Trammell Crow Co. represented property owner, New Boston Fund, in the transaction. Michael Joyce, partner of Richards Barry & Joyce, represented Longfellow Financial and Ogilvie Security Advisors. William Crean, assistant vice president of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, represented Financial Architects Partners. Lease rates for this deal were not available but the average asking rent for similar space in the area is about $36 per sf.

"We are confident that the balance of the building will be fully leased and occupied by year end," says Farnum, A spokesperson for Trammell Crow Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the firm is in lease negotiations with three tenants and expects the building to be 100% leased within a few months.

The 14-story, Class A office building, which was built in 1991, is located in the city's Back Bay neighborhood. The property borders the South End and is directly adjacent to Copley Place and across from the Shops at the Prudential Center.
