CB Richard Ellis Promotes Bamonte to VP

MIAMI-Richard Bamonte has been promoted to vice president of CB Richard Ellis here. He has more than 23 years’ experience in the South Florida commercial real estate industry and has represented property owners and tenants in more than 300 office space leasing deals totaling nearly 1.8 million sf.Currently, he is based out of and oversees leasing activity at Airport Corporate Center, a more than one-million-sf, 11-building mixed-use business park at the western end of Miami International Airport. Airport Corporate Center had leasing activity totaling 73,000 sf and valued at more than $5.9 million by eight companies in the first quarter. The park signed approximately 280,000 sf in leases in the past year and 580,000 sf in the past two years. Bamonte expects the second quarter to bring 50,000 sf to 60,000 sf in leasing deals–lower due to lower available inventory.Airport Corporate Center is owned by Miami RPFIV Airport Corporate Center Associates LLC.
