Invesnsys was represented by Cushman & Wakefield senior directors JP Plunkett and Cathy Minnerly, while Trammell Crow Co. principal Sean Teague and vice president Tom Kent handled negotiations for Maguire. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. Sublease deals tend to command a lower than average rate.

Plunkett and Minnerly have also been retained by DeMatteo Construction to sell and or lease Maguire's soon-to-be former headquarters at 225 Foxboro Blvd., a 48,000-sf, two-story red brick building within the Foxboro Business Center.
