Maguire Relocates with 35,000-SF Lease

FOXBORO, MA-The Maguire Group relocates to 33 Commercial St. with a 35,000-sf lease. The architectural, engineering and planning and construction management firm, which is subleasing the space from Invesys' Foxboro Cos. division, is moving from 48,000 sf at 225 Foxboro Blvd.

FOXBORO, MA-The Maguire Group is moving to 33 Commercial St. The architectural, engineering and planning and construction management firm is leasing 35,000 sf in a sublease deal with Invesys’ Foxboro Cos. division. 33 Commercial Street is located within a two-building campus off of Route 140 near Route 95.

Invesnsys was represented by Cushman & Wakefield senior directors JP Plunkett and Cathy Minnerly, while Trammell Crow Co. principal Sean Teague and vice president Tom Kent handled negotiations for Maguire. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. Sublease deals tend to command a lower than average rate.
