Three Deals Push Retail Development to 80% Pre-Leased

TOMBALL, TX-Three tenants have committed to 12,450 sf at Tomball Town Center in this northwest suburb. The deals edge pre-leasing at the Kroger-anchored center to 80%.

TOMBALL, TX-Three completed leases have pushed the Kroger-anchored Tomball Town Center to 80% pre-leased. The project is under construction in this suburb northwest of Houston.

Paul’s Pizza Shop, Hollywood Entertainment Corp. and Washington Mutual have each signed deals totaling 12,450 sf. Tomball Town Center is situated on approximately 20 acres at the intersection of Texas State Highway 249 and FM 2920. According to David Meyers, internal representative for the project’s developer, NewQuest Properties of Houston, asking rents at the project are $22 per sf to $24 per sf.
