Harley Davidson Triples in Size with New 30,000-SF Facility

ELKRIDGE, MD-Harley Davidson of Maryland has tripled its presence in one fell swoop with the recent opening of its new 30,000-sf motorcycle facility at developer Manekin LLC’s 223-acre Troy Hill Commerce Center. The locale marks an expansion and relocation from the franchise’s previous home, a 10,000-sf shop that is also in Elkridge, which is about 11 miles outside of Baltimore. Franchise owner Tina Wehner acquired a four-acre parcel at the industrial park for the new site last year; Manekin developed the building for $5 million.

Located off Rte. 1 near the intersection of I-95 and Rte. 100, the new home of Harley Davidson of Maryland carries the address of 7010 Troy Hill Dr. In addition to its motorcycle showroom, the store also provides a retail accessory shop, a repair center, a bike storage facility, and a motorcycle rider training course.
