In the largest deal, Hospice of Metro Denver leased 23,092 sf in a transaction handled by Phil Ruschmeyer and Bill Maher of the Frederick Ross Co.

In addition, the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corp. took 6,275 sf. The company was represented by Dan McGowan of the Sabbath Co. Maxim Healthcare leased 3,030 sf and was represented by David Schmidt of the Schmidt Group. Also, Irwin & Boesen PC, expanded into 2,311 sf. The smallest lease was signed by Kennedy-Ferguson, which renewed its 1,715-sf space.

CMD was represented by Matt Gautreau and Nick Pavlakovich of Cushman and Wakefield of Colorado.

"The volume of activity and the quality of the tenants are a reflection of the excellent value proposition offered by this asset," says Bob Flannery, vice president and regional manager of Chicago-based CMD.

The 11-story, 155,717-sf building is across from the Cherry Creek Sporting Club. The building is in a submarket that is almost equi-distance from Downtown and the Denver Tech Center.
