The incentives, offered by Gov. Ed Rendell's Action Team, include about $1.3 million in infrastructure development funds, $1.1 million for job training, $1 million in job-creation tax credits, a $500,000 opportunity grant, and $250,000 in enterprise loan tax credits. The facility is expected to employ 500 and add more than 330 additional jobs over the next three years.

It lays claim to being the world's largest retailer of video game and PC entertainment hardware, software and accessories and has annual sales of approximately $12 billion in the US alone.
