Home Builder Takes Up Rest of Redwood Plaza

FAIRFAX, VA-There is no room left at Redwood Plaza II, a 66,000-sf office structure at 10600 Arrowhead Dr., now that longtime tenant Pulte Homes has decided to take on an additional 8,000 sf to bring its total occupancy at the property to about 44,400 sf. Located near the intersection of I-66 and Chain Bridge Rd., Redwood Plaza II is a three-story class A office facility that was developed in 1986.

According to Advantis/GVA’s Bruce McNair, the transaction allows the company “to continue consolidating several offices and renovating their existing space to accommodate recent growth.” McNair and colleague Bill Morris represented Pulte Homes in the deal, while Trammell Crow Co.’s Zach Wade stood in for property owner KBS Realty Advisors.
