Globalcase Technologies, Inc.. which offers software solutions through custom programming, consulting, and development, maintenance and support services, has signed a lease for 2,669 sf at Two Carlson Pkwy.
Brass Ring Capital, Inc., the management company for Renovare Limited Partnership venture fund, signed a lease for 679 sf at 301 Carlson Pkwy.
In all three deals, Carlson Real Estate, based in Minnetonka, MN, was represented by Jim Freytag and Dave Marschinke with CB Richard Ellis.
Two Carlson Pkwy. and 301 Carlson Pkwy. are part of Carlson Center, a mixed-use development at Interstate 394 and Interstate 494 in Minnetonka and Plymouth, MN.
Carlson Real Estate is a real estate investment company with a portfolio of office and industrial concentrated in Minnesota and Arizona exceeds 5 million sf.
