Carlson Starts Condo Office Construction

PLYMOUTH, MN-Town Center Office Plaza is a 56,160-sf office condo project that is under construction in Downtown Plymouth. Completion of the units, ranging from 3,120 sf to 9,360 sf, is expected in the fall.

PLYMOUTH, MN-Carlson Real Estate Co. plans to start construction on Town Center Office Plaza, a 56,160-sf office condo building project in Downtown Plymouth. The project, which is geared to draw small- to medium-sized users, will offer units from 3,120 sf to 9,360 sf.

David Marschinke, Jim Freytag and Brian Wasserman of CB Richard Ellis are marketing the project. The project is a mile west of Interstate 494 on Plymouth Blvd.
