Franchisee Joann Dugan, operating as Curvaceous Inc., sealed the deal with Phoenix-based Westcor Realty LP, now a subsidiary of the Macerich Co. of Santa Monica, CA, for inline space at 12005 N. Raguse says Village Crossroads, with rents averaging $25.30 triple net, is the 12th Curves lease he's negotiated in recent months. The newest inline location is in a 187,336-sf center situated across the street from the 1.3-million-sf Paradise Valley Mall. The fitness center joins a lineup that includes Burlington Coat Factory, Gateway Country and Outback Steakhouse. Raguse represented the tenant. Westcor was self-represented.
